The HUMA Awards Night, AGM and Year End Banquet will take place on Friday, September 26, 2025 at the Woodvale Community Facility (4540 50 Street NW, Edmonton).
Doors open at 5:15 p.m. Dinner will be at 6:00 p.m.
The evening will include dinner, our AGM and the opportunity to celebrate the achievements of our swimmers.
Each registered swimmer with the club receives a complimentary ticket to the Awards Night and Year End Banquet. Others who wish to attend – including parents/guardians/relatives, and siblings who are not registered swimmers – must purchase tickets.
The ticket prices are: $40 for each adult, and $20 for each child (aged 10 and under).
Final day to declare attendance and purchase tickets is Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 11:59 pm.
Please do the following:
- Please declare the attendance of EACH of your swimmer(s), so that we can provide accurate numbers to the facility.
- When declaring your swimmer, please indicate in the comments how many other family members will attend (please be as specific as possible – for example, one parent, one non-swimmer sibling to join)
